Thirty minutes suits one area, usually the neck and shoulders. Sixty covers the whole body without rushing. Ninety gives time for both depth and detail. -
Can I add hot stone, cupping or CBD?
Yes. They are add-ons rather than separate bookings, so mention what you want when you book and your therapist will plan the session around it. -
What do I wear?
You undress to your own comfort and stay draped throughout, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. -
Can I use my membership credit on a massage?
